Air Suspension

The air suspension, or air bag suspension, is one of the best suspension solutions under various circumstances. From the manufacturing perspective, its design is quite simple and universal. Due to the adoption of air spring instead of traditional spring, a range of features are obtained.
1. The inside air pressure is regulated in accordance with the road condition.
2. It can keep the vehicle running height stable, and won't be affected by the loading level of the axle.
3. The braking is regulated automatically according to load.
4. It can stabilize the automobile automatically when turning. The air spring pressure varies according to the road situation to correct and adjust the mechanism.

Feature
1. The pedestal for air suspension is designed in tapered shape to reduce the weight and make it easier to be welded on the narrow trailer beam. The pedestal is made of high-strength steel plate and processed by punch forming technique. Thus it will have higher loading capacity and strength. A simple and convenient axle re-aligning system is also available.

2. The leaf spring type cantilever of our air suspension is made of high-strength alloy spring steel, and manufactured by advanced European techniques. The double layer leaf spring design has more reasonable structure. It is super reliable, stable and durable even in rigid working environments. It matches both round axle and square axle perfectly.

3. The bush has a steel-vulcanized rubber-steel structure, which can efficiently absorb the transverse impacting force. Thus the auto, equipped withair suspension, could be more stable, while the tyre abrasion can be alleviated.

4. The shock absorber is from famous international company. The built-in high temperature resistant oil seal and inner stroke limiting mechanism make the working temperature range wider. Besides, there is no restriction on the installation position for the suspension.

5. The airbag of the air suspension is also purchased from a famous international company. The premium rubber material is prepared in accordance with the most advanced formula, and processed by advanced techniques. Thus the service life and quality stability are both quite desirable.

6. A lifting device is optional. It can maximize the tyres' service life, and lower the oil consumption and maintenance cost. The compact structure can increase the ground clearance, while the unique geometric design and the adoption of air spring give rise to higher elevating capacity.
